As fires continue to rage across northern California, the unfortunate search for the victims' bodies has already begun in some areas.

There are numerous fires that seem to be burning out of control in areas of California. It appears as though a portion of the state has simply gone up in flames. Firefighters are working with everything they have to get the fires under control, but dry weather and little rain are making it difficult to get the fires put out.

The number of people who have died as a result of the most recent wildfire in Northern California stands at 31. The wildfire is considered the most destructive having destroyed at least 3,500 structures and rendering more than 20,000 people homeless. The California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection reveals that the fire has destroyed more than 190,000 acres of land.

Thousands of stubble-faced firefighters who have been sleep-deprived are working day and night to stop the fire that’s burning the state of California. Late on Wednesday, the firefighters with their soot-covered yellow coats were addressed by their superiors who informed them that the fires were first spreading.

A massive wildfire has engulfed the densely populated suburban canyons of Southern California, sweeping through the edges of residential areas and down to the shoulders of a major highway. Luckily, fast-moving fire response teams were able to establish a control perimeter in Chino Hills, Corona and Anaheim, evacuating over 1,000 people from their homes and minimizing the damage caused.
