Amazon has launched its standalone streaming music service under brand name ‘Amazon Music Unlimited’ for $9.99 per month. The company is offering discounted price of $7.99 for Amazon Prime members. Amazon informed that the ‘Echo only’ plan will cost only $3.99 per month.
Before the launch of Unlimited service, Amazon Prime was offering limited access to music to customers.
Now, Amazon Unlimited customers can enjoy unlimited streaming music with flat monthly payment.
Verizon has informed that Google Pixel smartphones will get immediate Android updates. Google had earlier informed that rollout of updates depends on carrier and updates would require steps from carriers before they are launched for smartphone users.
Verizon has now confirmed that like Apple’s iPhone, Google’s smartphones will get immediate updates. Google’s Pixel smartphones will get updates for Android operating systems as soon as Google will provide them for users.

Samsung has recently unveiled its new cylinder-shaped desktop PC --- the ‘ArtPC Pulse.’ The new Samsung PC is now available for pre-order through Amazon, with its cost starting at $1120. The shipping of the PC will commence at the end of October.
The Samsung ArtPC Pulse is a 12.2 inches tall computer, with 5.5 inches in diameter. It boasts a conventional black metal desktop aesthetic, with a blue ambient light on top of the case. The cylinder-like design of the computer is largely inspired by the Apple Mac Pro.
During the course of a recent interview with Car and Driver, Italian carmaker Maserati’s Engineering Chief Roberto Fedeli said that the company -- a Fiat Chrysler Automobiles (FCA) unit which manufactures high-end luxury sports cars -- plans to roll out an electric vehicle (EV) by 2020.

Samsung has halted production of its popular Galaxy Note 7 smartphone after reports of overheating and battery catching fire. Samsung issued recall after there were reports about battery issue and asked people to return their smartphones for replacement with newer units. However, the newer units have also been reported to face similar issues. As per South Korea-based Yonhap News Agency, Samsung has stopped production of Galaxy Note 7 units.
During the course of a recent interview with the BBC, one of Canadian smartphone maker BlackBerry's top sales executives Alex Thurber – SVP of global device sales – said that, within six months, the company will launch a new handset equipped with its distinctive physical keyboard.
The disclosure by Thurber – about a new BlackBerry handset with physical keyboard – comes within a week of an announcement by BlackBerry that it will plans to discontinue its in-house hardware development. The company said that it would rely on its partners for the production of BlackBerry devices.
