Samsung will deactivate Galaxy Note 7 for customers who don’t ask for replacement

Samsung Galaxy Note 7 registered strong sales numbers but shortly after its release, the latest smartphone from Samsung became an embarrassment for the company due to battery-related fire issues. Samsung informed customers that they can get free replacement for their handsets. The battery related issue is probably serious and Samsung is aware that some customers might not end up to get their handset replaced.
