Southern Californians Must Prepare for "The Big One"

In light of the recent earthquake south of Mexico City, California's governor is coming forward with some sobering information. If a quake hits California the police and fire department will be overwhelmed and it could take at least a week before they can respond effectively to everyone in the area. In other words, Californians will be on their own.
