China, ESA may collaborate on human settlement on Moon

Chinese authorities are in talks with European Space Agency (ESA) officials about collaborating on a human settlement on the Moon, Earth’s only natural satellite.

Tian Yulong, the secretary general for China’s government-run space agency, confirmed the ongoing talks in Chinese state media on Wednesday. However, he didn’t reveal further details on what the collaboration between the two agencies could entail.
